Wednesday evening.Occasional rain and sunny.
Yokoso Japan!!!
I was over the moon when i knew that i have been called for duty to Haneda, Tokyo. I am a big fan of japanese food and i love shopping in japan, if only the japanese yen can be lower, the exchange rate now is SGD1.67 to 100 yen, omg! But anyway, i still eat and shop and eat and shop, because i don't really get to go japan frequent!
It's my first time going to Tokyo via Haneda Airport, most of the time i go by Narita Airport and stay in Narita Village area, or in Shinjuku. As for this time, I'm staying at Le Daiba. The hotel that my company put me in, Grand Pacific Hotel, it's a very nice hotel, with some shopping malls nearby, over looking the tokyo city.
It's about 6 degrees out there with light winds and occasional drizzle, i'm all ready, nicely and warmly gear up for eating and shopping!
Two warm and cool colour aquarium with pretty fishes in it, and they even decorated the aquarium with christmas tree in it... So Nemo and the rest of the fishes are having Christmas too!!
Okay, we are famished, we have to look for food.....
After a sumptuos brunch, it's time for shopping! Japan has the most selection of cosmetics, and there are relatively cheaper than back home. Matsumoto Kyoshi is my favourite cosmetic + drug store. You can find shisedo, kanebo, kose, SK II, Majorlica, Kate Spade and all major japanese brands here, amazing!
After some shopping, we went for tea; this cafe sells the best croissoint that i have ever tasted! Crispy and fluffy on the outside, soft and oozing with chocolate in the inside. I cant help myself but bought back a box after having a cup of tea and the croissoint with ice cream dessert.

On our way to the Aqua City Odaiba....
Over-looking the tokyo city and there's this statue of liberty right before we enter the mall....
After we enter the mall, first thing we saw....

My Favourite Shampoo - Shisedo Ma Cherie, smells so nice; comes in moisturising or air feel.
Featuring in taiwanese show 女人我最大 Kose Blanchir whitening product, despite the high exchange rate of japanese yen; it's still the cheapest here in japan.
And this is my favourtite!
Christmas is around the corner, so you can find loads of christmas gifts, there are so adorable.. Kawaii neh~
And Aqua City set up this beautiful tree with lights that resembles four seasons in japan.

My box of croissoint, freshly bake and nicely packed.
With 5 croissoint - 2 white chocolate ones and 3 chocolate ones, yummy...
Our tea and dessert
And these gave us some much needed energy to continue our shopping again :P
When we were done with the day, we went to this Gen-Chan restaurant that sells fishes and seafood fresh from Tsukiji Fish Market.
My Grilled Saba white fish for late lunch. The fish was so fresh and perfectly grilled, the best thing is, it cost 890 yen. Cheap and good!!!
My lovely companion from Barcelona to Sao Paolo, and now in Le Daiba - Celine; and am going to meet up with her for more delicious food and great shopping in the snowy Moscow and Houston next week!! Can't wait to see her then
Getting fatter and rounder, but i just can't resist all the great food in Japan.
Got back to the room, and took a picture of my loots. *grinz*
It's a satisfying trip!!
Take care peeps!
xoxo,
