London...

Yes, i know, it's london... yet again... what to do, it's my favourite city in the world... though it's always gloomy and rainy. Wake up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of the lazy sun ( yes, the sun is lazy cos it's entering winter, and the day breaks at abt 7-8am ), and to plan my itenary of the day cos i got some mission to accomplish in London....

The bright saturday morning sun from the window of my cozy little room...

1. in the quest of Chanel Black Classic Flapjack Caviar Jumbo for Lena, it's her dream bag and i'm honoured to help her to purchase and bring it back to Malaysia.

2. i wana get my Swarovski pen, and getting them for zhuli & ck & sk....

I supposed to leave hotel early, but as usual, i like to do things in "slow-mo", and i ended up getting out of my room at abt 10 plus. You gotta be early to beat the crowd, cos it's weekend and the London underground are having on-going upgrading in progress, so part of the tube services are interrupted during the weekends, and you have to squeeze in the bus. Just when i thought 10 plus is still quite early la, for godness sake, i was so wrong... the buses are packed with tourist and people going around London city -___- . But people here are courteous, you wont have those across the causeway taking 170 bus kinda situation, still not too bad.

I went to oxford street Selfringes & Co's Chanel boutique to check out Lena's dream bag. Sorry my dear aunt, it's still out of stock in the whole London, sigh. I guess you have to wait til my next trip which is 2 weeks later, i'll go and check it out again. I was going through the cosmetic counters and saw the compact powder that i was looking for, and the colour that i'm wearing which has been like out of stock in singapore for quite a while ( ya, everything out of stock, damn sien ), and i actually get it at a cheaper price in London, so happy.

FYI, if you are looking for long-lasting, good coverage, natural and moisture rich compact powder, go for Chrsitian Dior - Diorskin Extreme Fit Supermoist ( as known in asia ) or Diorskin Forever Compact ( as known in EU and USA ) with FPS 25 SPF-PA ++. This is really good for long hour wearing, it doesnt look blotchy, and provides good coverage. The colour which i'm using 020 is the most commonly used colour, which explains why it's always out of stock. sigh

Though mission 1 has failed, but i manage to get mission 2 accomplished. Yay! I finally got my Swarovski crystal pen, have been acticipating this London trip to buy them. Not that i cant get them anywhere else, it's just that London is the cheapest, like 14 pounds for the normal ones, and 22 pounds for the one with charms. I saw them in Perth, they are selling the one with charms like AUD56, expensive....

Did a little detour to H&M, and got some new clothes. Eversince i chopped off my mane, i kept telling myself that i should buy some new clothes, cos it's different style now, you know short hair. You potray a different image or style when you have different length/colour/straight or permed hair, hahaha, my very best excuse to not feel sinful to shop and swipe my cards. I know it's lame, but i'm just trying to make myelf feel better. :P

Went to YO! Sushi for lunch by myself. It's a bliss to eat by yourself too, and i taught a caucasian guy, who is dining alone as well how to eat sushi, like the wasabi, the soya sauce, the ginger and how to use chopstick, haha...

Saw the X'mas deco everywhere, and realized that 2010 has almost come to an end. Where will i be for this X'mas, guess i'll know them in just a week time.

Went into Waterstone's hoping that i could bump into some good books, cos i've just finished the "Breaking Dawn", and working on "Why men love bitches" now, it's not that thick, i think i can finish it in another 2-4 weeks time. I saw this book by Deepak Chopra - The Ultimate Happiness Presciption. Should I?? hmmzzz

Back in my room at 3pm after doing some Waitrose. Guess am gonna stay in to do my notes... exam is around the corner again. time to buck up...
