SPA MANJA
On my short break back to JB, i've booked a spa appointment for my mum and me. It's been a long time since i last visited a spa, and after a long journey back home from london, and a stressful exam week, i'm longing for some rejuvenation. I've been to Spa manja once, and fall in love with the environment there. It gives you a very soothing and serene ambience, eventhough it is just a very small place. The deco is javanese and balinese style, just like the spa services they provided, are all infused with traditional javanese and balinese herbs. They have a range of services from head to toe, from hair spa, to body massage, body scrub, facial care, nail care, foot care and even waxing, and also packages which includes massage, scrubs, facial, jacuzzi, steam bath and etc. It's conveniently located at the heart of the JB town, just opposite the Mutiara hotel and Holiday Plaza; and their services and spa packages are at affordable prices. Their therapist and massues are from Indonesia, not the domestic workers, but specially trained in traditional javanese massage.
The entrance...
The area for foot refelx...
Take a seat, have a cup of ginger and honey tea before the spa...
Their awards and certificates....
Ginger and honey tea and hot towels after spa...
The herbs they use in their scrubs...
Two-person massage room...
Visit their website and give them a call to make your appointment, and pamper yourself with a whole range of spa services. I was having the milk lulur and totally loving it. It makes your skin look brighter, softer after the scrub and the wrap in milk soak, and the 60 minutes traditional javanese massage relieves my back and shoulder ache, i just feel so refresh and rejuvenated after my 2.5 hours of foot soak, scrub, jacuzzi, steambath and massage. And if you obtain their membership, which is RM288 for 5 years, you will enjoy 15% for yourselves and your fren, and receive a 50% on your birthday month. I m so looking forward for my next visit.
